Terms of return
The goods are accepted for return only in complete set, with all packaging and labels, in unworn/unused condition
Reasons for return
Didn’t fit the size, style, color, length, etc.
The shade of the received goods differs from the model from the photo on the website
Refund period
The period of return of goods of proper quality is 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods, unless otherwise agreed upon at the time of sale of the goods
How to return goods
- To Ula Shop pickup/return points
The buyer can return the unsuitable goods to the company outlet where the goods were purchased.
- By courier Ula shop
The service is available for settlements where courier delivery is carried out
A maximum of 10 items per day can be returned by courier. There is no limit to the number of items that can be returned to the points of issue

Manufacturing defect (defect) of the goods
Refund period
The buyer may return the product within the warranty period set by the manufacturer.
If there is no warranty period set by the manufacturer, the period for return is two (2) years.
How to return goods
- Make an application in myAlpari. The application review period shall not exceed 7 (seven) working days
- If the seller has made a positive decision on the application, the buyer can return the goods to the Ula Shop outlet where the goods were purchased.
- In case of rejection of the application, the buyer has the right to apply for an independent examination. If the independent examination confirms the buyer’s right to return the goods, all expenses of the buyer related to the independent examination shall be reimbursed by the seller
